Shortages and Damages: Any claims for goods received with shortages or damages should be reported to Tudor Sweets by email within 2 working days of receipt. Any claims made outside this timeframe will not be accepted.
Returns: We cannot accept returns on unsealed items or in such a condition so as to render them non re-sellable. Goods ordered due to customer error will be subject to 20% admin charge.
Availability: All goods offered are subject to availability. Should goods be out of stock a replacement item of the same or more value may be despatched. For items where no obvious replacement is available estimated customers will be contacted with estimated delivery dates. Delivery times will not not form essence of the contract. We will endeavour to deliver goods by the stated delivery date but may suspend or delay delivery and will not be liable for any loss whatsoever. In the event of late delivery or no-delivery of goods or any instalment outstanding the customer shall not be entitled to treat late delivery as breach of contract. Tudor Sweets cannot be held responsible for items that become discontinued, a full refund will be available for any ordered item that is unavailable due to it being discontinued.
